PLANC™ Platinum Lavastone brings the raw, expressive beauty of natural volcanic stone into the larger architectural format of the PLANC™ cladding system. Crafted from 100% natural lavastone, this distinctive finish is defined by its soft platinum-grey tones, open-pitted surface and naturally cratered texture, revealing the geological character formed through the stone’s volcanic origins.

Supplied in the modular PLANC™ format, Platinum Lavastone allows the material’s organic surface detail and tonal variation to be appreciated across larger wall areas. Unlike honed lavastone finishes, its face remains intentionally raw and unpolished, giving each installation a tactile, elemental quality that feels both natural and highly design-led.

Its lighter grey palette makes PLANC™ Platinum Lavastone particularly effective in contemporary interiors and architectural settings where texture, shadow and material contrast are central to the design. Paired with timber, concrete, white surfaces, black accents or minimalist furnishings, it creates a refined yet organic backdrop with unmistakable volcanic character.

Planc™ by Norstone® - Range Overview

The stylish Planc™ range - the art of linear wall cladding

Planc™ is Norstone’s first large format loose stone veneer, opening up the design possibilities like never before. The long widths of each of the individual strips make this product equally suitable for large commercial projects all the way down to the everyday fireplace, kitchen backsplash or feature wall use.

The wider, longer format of this stone cladding range allows the stone’s inherent qualities to express themselves fully – from sprawling ancient mineral formations to subtle tonal variations, this new larger format modular system showcases natural stone at its finest.

Planc stone cladding is equally suitable for modern and traditionally inspired design schemes.

Packaged three strips per set, with the height of the two smaller strips (60mm and 80mm) adding up to the 140mm height of the largest strip, the product can be laid in a variety of patterns including staggered, symmetrical, asymmetrical, or simply whatever catches your eye.

Using over a decade and a half of experience in creating the highest quality stone veneer panels on the market, Norstone® designed and manufactured Planc™ to be a highly calibrated system best set in a dry fit marble style installation without grout joints over flat vertical surfaces.
