Norstone is known throughout the world for its stone cladding rock panels. The attractive and unique designs combine a natural feel with a classical elegance and an ultra-modern look that sets Norstone products apart from more traditional stone wall and stone cladding panel products.

Norstone XLS rock panels are available in a selection of 100% natural and durable stone material finishes that are suitable for interior and exterior use in the home, garden, boundary or commercial property.

Norstone Rock Panels are used extensively by designers and architects for their ease of use and coverage, offering a design vision that can be brought to life quickly and with a much lower cost than traditional stacked stone. Commercially, XLS Rock Panel cladding has been used in restaurants, opera houses, shopping outlets, retail parks, airports, care homes, golf clubs and also coffee shops (such as Costa Coffee).

Classic Design Stone Veneer System

If you’re searching for the three-dimensional look of natural stacked stone, look no further than Norstone XLS Rock Panels™, a 100% natural stone cladding system which is ideal for both interior and exterior use.

Rock Panels™ are machine cut, and their precision modular form ensures quick, easy and economical installation. With the interlocking panel design, offcut and material wastage is greatly reduced (<10%) compared to similar systems.

Each panel is assembled with precision to fit a fixed format of 610mm wide by 152mm tall, with varying depth (15-35mm) as a result of the varied, interesting stone pieces used in each panel that create a naturally 3D effect. The rock panels are handmade from between 15 and 18 selected pieces of machine-cut natural stone, guaranteeing that each and every XLS cladding panel is 100% unique in colour and design.

Norstone XLS Stone Cladding Rock Panels are available in a selection of textures and five primary colours: the rustic, rugged appeal of Ochre Blend; the cool, subdued tones of Charcoal; the warm, mellow hues of Ivory Quartz; the sleek, contemporary styling of White Quartz and our warm and inviting Sahara rock panels.

Corner Units for XLS Rock Panel™

Throughout the XLS Rock Panel cladding system and also its siblings (SL Rock Panel & XLV Rock Panel), you will also find the complementary Corner Units; these precision-assembled corners feature fingerlocking joints for the most seamless, easy-to-install finish available in the UK marketplace.

The interwoven fingers ensure rapid installation and a huge reduction in on-site labour costs. The XLS Rock Panel corner units are available in internal and external configurations, with the flexibility of 15° either side of a 90° right angle. This allows for lots of installation options right out of the box, saving time-consuming and labour-intensive mitre cuts that would be necessary for most standard corners.

Norstone Rock Panel™ range has a selection of styles to suit the design aspirations and budget requirements of any project.

Every Norstone rock panel is handmade from machine-cut natural stone, and each panel is 100% unique in colour and design. In addition to the classic best-selling XLS Rock Panel, Norstone Rock Panel is available in chunky XLV which features large, more rugged stone pieces, whereas the SL (slimline) range shaves depth and weight from the classic panel format for fantastic savings in bost cost and weight-load.

XLV Rock Panel™

Larger and chunkier Rock Panels available in Charcoal, Ochre Blend, Ivory, White, Sahara.

Possessing all the advantages and features of the standard XLS Rock Panel™ system, the XLV Stone Cladding Rock Panel range features larger individual pieces of natural stone, giving a chunkier, more robust look and feel. Each stone cladding panel comprises between 5 and 8 pieces and interlocks for seamless joins.

Overall panel dimensions are the same as XLS format.

SL Rock Panel™

Owing to popular demand, Norstone introduced a slimline SL Rock Panel Stone Cladding range specifically designed for large-scale commercial projects. These panels offer the same authentic Norstone look, quality and durability but are thinner, lighter and a more cost-effective option.

SL Rock Panel™ has become incredibly popular and they have now also been used into smaller private and domestic projects.

Available in Ochre Blend, Off-White and Charcoal – Norstone quality at a budget price!
